Pregnancy & Nursing
If your are, or plan on becoming pregnant, talk to your doctor about the risks versus the benefits of using this acid reflux disease medication during your pregnancy. For nursing mothers, it is unknown whether or not prevacid acid reflux disease medicine is excreted in breast milk. It is advised to avoid this drug, or refrain from nursing while taking this medicine.
