How Drug Works
This medicine works on pain by working on opioid centers and it also increases two chemicals (norephinephrine and serotonin).

How Taken
It is important to follow your prescription directions carefully and you should not take alcohol with this medication. Adult doses are between 50 and 100 milligrams every 6 hours.

Possible Side Effects
This medicine is generally well-tolerated. nausea and vomiting, dry mouth, drowsiness and dizziness (increased with alcohol), constipation.

This medicine should be used with caution by patients with: chronic respiratory disorders, liver disease, or low thyroid function. Also, those with a history of drug dependency should use this drug with caution.

Missed Dose
